FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about lessons, booking and policies.

Lessons

What ages and levels do you coach?

Beginner through elite, from first-time tumblers to competitive athletes. Every lesson is matched to your athlete’s level and goals.

Should we book 30 or 60 minutes?

Both work well. A 30-minute lesson is great for focused work on one skill. A 60-minute lesson allows more in-depth development and can be shared by two athletes.

Can siblings or friends train together?

Yes. Two athletes can share a 60-minute lesson ($55 each). Three or more can book a small group, priced per athlete.

Where are lessons held?

Private lessons are in Setauket and Rocky Point. Small groups are held in Setauket.

Do you offer team or school programs?

Yes. I bring on-site sessions to schools, cheer programs and local organizations. See team programs.

Lesson day

What should my athlete wear?

Athletic clothing only, with no jeans, zippers or jewelry. Hair should be tied back securely. Please bring a water bottle.

When should we arrive?

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Lessons start promptly at the scheduled time.

How far ahead can I book?

Pay in person at the time of your lesson, or by Venmo (@YouTumble).

What is your cancellation policy?

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
